Components

**Not all the components available are listed here - some are still in development, or will be developed in future**

Components are reusable parts of the user interface that provide quick access to information, enable users to complete an action, navigate a page and can make the content more accessible.

You can use components in a combination of ways, depending on the context. For example, to create a page, you may need:

• alert banner – to inform users of the status of a service
• contact component – to inform users how to contact a service
• start button – to allow users to start a form

This guide explains when to use these components, with some examples.
