Free planning application advice for Local Planning Authorities
We can provide free advice to Local Planning Authorities (LPAs) at all stages of planning applications for:
- residential development planning applications with 100 or more dwellings
- non-residential development planning applications above 5,000m2 floor space
Advice can be given at outline, full and reserved matters stages. This includes advice on planning conditions and Section 106 (S106) agreement clauses.
We also offer chargeable advice for planning applications that fall below the thresholds outlined above. For further information, contact the Climate and Planning Unit (CaPU).
