Who can use the framework
The Essex Construction Framework 2 can be used by other contracting authorities in England, Scotland and Wales, including:
Blue light and NHS services
- police forces and special police forces

- fire and rescue services
- ambulance services
- NHS bodies, including NHS foundation trusts and their owned subsidiaries
