The framework
The framework is split into 3 lots. These lots are defined by the expected value of a project.
Lot 1
Lot 1 is split into 2 geographic sub-lots within Essex (East and West). The sub-lot is defined by the location of the project within Essex. Splitting Essex into 2 halves meant that smaller contractors were able to be competitive.
The project value for lot 1 is £0 to £1.5 million.
Lot 1A: East Essex

Lot 3
Lot 3 is aimed at projects across the whole of the UK.
