Replace a Blue Badge
Note: Do not use this form to renew a Blue Badge, go to Renew a Blue Badge
Once logged in, go to Online Forms, choose Blue Badge-Lost/stolen/damaged.
Replacement badges cost £10. The payment is non-refundable. If the form is submitted in error, or you find the badge, we won't be able to refund you.
If a badge is reported lost
Once a badge is reported lost or stolen:
- it will be cancelled immediately
- you won't be able to use it
- a replacement will be issued
Using a badge after it's been cancelled is seen as a misuse of the system and a breach of the Blue Badge rules.
If your badge is found after you have reported it lost or stolen, you won't be able to use it.
It should be returned to the Blue Badge team. No refund will be issued.
If you no longer need a badge
If you don't need your badge anymore, you can cancel a Blue Badge.
If your badge is due to expire
If your badge is due to expire within the next 6 months you will need to Renew your badge.
If you are unsure when your badge is due to expire please contact the Blue Badge team.
